CNC machines can communicate back to a central system for monitoring productivity, restoring programs and scheduling machine maintenance. I-7188E2 serial to Ethernet converter was used to help the CNC machine communicate back to the central system.

ET-7018Z Ethernet I/O module with thermocouple voltage, and current inputs was used to measure I/O cycle times, temperature, strain gauge and batch weights from CNC machines at a plastic products plant in Florida. Indusoft SCADA software was used for a graphical representation of the data. Indusoft also displayed alarm data and collected information.

As a contract engineer, I have been using ICP-DAS hardware for about three years now. ICP DAS USA’s products are very reliable in extreme environments, and their customer support is superb. Through the years I have found them reliable and affordable on any budget. From Home Automation to Industrial environments they are the first choice for my customer’s needs. I used their Ethernet programmable modules to automate an Industrial Plant in Florida and they were very satisfied with the results and the final bill especially.

Again their products are affordable and can be used for thousands of different applications and their Technical support is hands down the best you will work with if you need assistance using their devices.
